Fallen in Love is four stories set between the main novels Passion and Rapture. It follows the budding love of other characters from the Fallen series.

The first story is Miles and Shelby’s story; it starts as they believe they are finally on their way home when they realize that the landscape looks nothing like home. The realization comes that they are not in their own time and that they have to blend in until they can find a way home. Over their travels they come in contact with earlier personalities of Luce and Daniels and decide to help improve others’ Valentine’s Day. The second story is Roland’s, and then Arianne’s and finally wraps up with Luce’s and Daniel’s only Valentine’s Day together. All of the characters get their own love story, whether it is sweet and loving or sad and tragic. The stories all take place on one Valentine’s Day in medieval times and all the characters must make hard decisions as they decide what is right.

I would strongly recommend reading the rest of the series first as the characters already have stories to them that is easier to follow when you have read of them before. Ms. Kate provides a good read with this book as one finds out how far friends will go for one another to try to make someone happy.
